The first gutangyuan No. 3 tunnel is located in Pujiang County, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province. The total length of the tunnel is 239.43 meters. It is designed as a single tunnel and double track tunnel. The main line of Hangzhou Wenzhou high speed railway phase II project is about 120 km, with a design speed of 350 km per hour.
