Yingling Tunnel Project

This week, at the construction site of the Yingling Tunnel project in Shijing Township, Huaining County, S22 Expressway, construction operations such as tunnel excavation and support engineering were fully carried out. As a planned North Riverside Expressway in Anhui Province, Tiantian Expressway connects Tianchang City in Chuzhou and Tianzhu Mountain in Anqing Qianshan City, with a total length of about 400 kilometers. The Yingling Tunnel project, located in Shijing Township, Huaining County, is a control project for the Anqing Qianshan section of the S22 highway. It is 1680 meters long and has a total investment of 590 million yuan. It adopts a separate tunnel layout and is the largest three lane highway tunnel in Anhui Province. The Yingling Tunnel, which started construction in December 2022, has a construction period of 36 months.
